DOC. 003 Terms of Service
Terms of Service
01About these terms
These terms apply to this website and to the in-house tools of Metatron Software Engineering di Stefano Rifici, a sole proprietorship registered in Italy ("Metatron", "we"). By using the website you accept them.
02Use of the website
The website is provided for information about Metatron and its products. You may browse it and link to it. You may not use it unlawfully, try to disrupt it, or access it in ways that put unreasonable load on it.
03Intellectual property
The website's content, the Metatron name and the Metatron mark belong to Metatron. Our open-source projects are covered by their own licences, published with their source code.
04Our products
Appointly and any other Metatron product are provided under their own terms, agreed with each customer. These website terms do not replace them.
05Platform integrations
Metatron operates its own developer apps on TikTok for Business and Meta to run advertising campaigns for its products from its own ad accounts. These integrations are internal tools: they are not offered to third parties, and nobody outside Metatron can sign in to them. We use them in line with TikTok's and Meta's terms and developer policies. How they handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
06Links to other sites
The website links to sites we do not control, such as getappointly.app, GitHub and LinkedIn. Their own terms and policies apply there.
07No warranty
We keep the website accurate and available, but provide it as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.
08Liability
To the extent the law allows, Metatron is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Italian law, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
10Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date.
